fun fact: once in biology my teacher told us that “if you’re ever crying wipe the tears all over your face and they’ll help clear up your skin” then he explained that because tears are designed to clear dust and dirt from your eyes and will do the same for your skin and clear up acne and i remember thinking “excellent, fandom will make me beautiful”

- Bodies are hairy. No matter the gender, your face will have hair and that is more than okay.
- Your butthole is going to have some hair too. And maybe your nipples. And your tummy. And where ever else.
- Stretch marks. Those are a thing. Everyone gets ‘em. If you don’t, you probably don’t have skin.
- Vaginas smell. Every vagina has a scent. Don’t worry about it! (Unless something seems wrong, then go get it checked out! No need to feel embarrassed or ashamed.)
- Vaginas come in all different shapes, sizes, colors, flavors. All are beautiful.
- Penises come in all different shapes, sizes, colors, flavors. All are beautiful.
- You don’t need to shave anything if you don’t want to. It’s tooootally not mandatory.
- Sometimes people get butt acne.
- You can have a vagina and want short hair and think dresses are just the worst.
- You can have a penis and want long hair and think dresses are just the best.
- You can wear whatever you want and style your hair however you want.
- You can even think whatever the hell you want.
- People might tell you that you are a girl because you have a vagina. People might tell you that you are a boy because you have a penis. People will tell you what your gender is. But in reality, you don’t have to be that gender. You don’t have to be either of those genders.
- You are what you are and it’s just the worst thing if you try and hide that.

I was rolling through the internet a few months ago and I found on an NHS website, a Couch To 5K plan. It gets you from running nothing to running for 5K or about 30 minutes, 3 times a week, in just 9 weeks!
I tried it when I first found it and got about half way before I fell ill. I didn;t even finish it and the results are amazing!

All the info is here, there is also a link to download free podcast to listen to as you run. You are told when to alternate between running and walking and the music is really energetic and gets you motivated and keeps you going.
I honestly recommend you taking a look if you want to get into running. SO MANY HEALTH BENEFITS! :) And it’s from the NHS so it is a tried and tested routine plan, sure to work if you stick to it.
I’ll be starting the plan again in the next few days once I buy myself some more running shoes. And post results, and progress on here. :)
